Managing Director David Cooper and the Madcat team of technical support engineers and IT specialists have decades of experience working with businesses of all sizes. With decades of experience in the ever-evolving IT industry, David possesses a wealth of knowledge. His skills span across server and desktop hardware, POS, business systems, music, graphics, data management, cloud and virtual servers, VoIP and VPN, networks, database design, hosting, programming, and sales. David delivers consistently professional results and a long term commitment to his clients.
Geoff Cassidy
Technical Support Engineer
Geoff comes from a health provider IT manager and consultant background, and has a wealth of industry knowledge and experience. He has an in-depth understanding of IT ecosystems and knows how to harness potential to assist business outcomes. Geoff is a great people person and fantastic communicator, and an expert in the implementation and maintenance of hardware devices, networking infrastructure, software and troubleshooting IT issues.
Andy Saputra
Technical Support Engineer
Andy been in the IT Industry for more than a decade of working in various roles around Networking and Systems Administrator, Server & Desktops, Networks & Infrastructure, and providing support and services for clients and internal staff. Andy has a Diploma in Network Administrator L7 from Cornell in New Zealand.
Liane Faulkner
Accounts Manager
Liane has worked for Madcat IT since July 2013 in a part time role. Her primary tasks are accounts receivable and payable. Liane enjoys keeping the accounts running smooth and is a great multitasker. Liane loves spending time with her family on their lifestyle block.
Lorelle Taylor
Administrator
With many years of experience as an office administrator, Lorelle brings to the team a well-organized
practical approach, keeping us all moving forward. Lorelle works part-time and assists with all aspects of the MadCat IT business.
